Description

This non-alcoholic Pineapple Hibiscus Fizz is perfect for summer! It’s sweet, refreshing, and is sure to quench your thirst on a hot sunny day. It’s made with homemade hibiscus syrup, pineapple juice, and club soda.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) hibiscus syrup*, chilled
  • 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 4 oz (125 ml) club soda, chilled
  • Pineapple leaves, for garnish (optional)
  • Dried hibiscus flowers, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients (except the club soda) to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake for 10 seconds until chilled.
  2. Strain into a highball or Collins glass filled with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with pineapple leaves and dried hibiscus flowers if desired or use a pineapple slice.

Notes

Hibiscus Syrup: Click the link to get the full recipe on our site. It’s also best to make it the night before so it’s chilled and ready to go once you’re ready to use it.

Chill the syrup, pineapple juice, and club soda at least 1 hour beforehand. This will give you a fizzier drink.
