Brown the lamb then set aside. Cook the soffritto then add the lamb back to the pan and toss in the dried herbs.

Add the wine then stir in the crushed tomatoes and tomato paste. Cover and cook for 45 minutes then add the milk and cook for 10 more minutes

Cook the pasta al dente according to package instructions. Once done, toss it into the bolognese sauce.
