This hibiscus margarita is made with non-alcoholic spirits, fresh lime juice, and homemade hibiscus syrup. It’s sweet, slightly sour, and super refreshing on a hot summer day.
Add about 1 tbsp of kosher salt to a small plate with the zest of 1 small lime. Rub the rim of the glass with a lime wedge and dip the rim into the salt.
Add the rest of the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds until the shaker is frosted on the outside.
Add ice to the rimmed glass and strain the drink into it.
Garnish with a wedge of lime and a dried hibiscus flower.
