This Non-Alcoholic Espresso Martini is a buzz-free version of a classic cocktail. It’s made with zero-proof coffee liqueur, freshly brewed espresso, and homemade brown sugar syrup. It’s wonderfully smooth and has a delicious balance of flavors!
Add the dark brown sugar and water to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently until the sugar has dissolved then bring to a boil.
Remove from the heat and store in an airtight glass container. Cool to room temperature before sealing and storing in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
Non-Alcoholic Espresso Martini:
Add the espresso, Coffee Originale, brown sugar syrup, and vanilla bean paste to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until chilled.
Strain into a martini or coupe glass and garnish with a few espresso beans.
