Equipment

  • Espresso Machine
  • Handheld Milk Frother

Ingredients
 

  • 1 ½ tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 shots espresso
  • ½ cup (125 ml) whole milk
  • Dash of cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • Use a handheld milk frother to mix together the sweetened condensed milk and espresso for 30 seconds until thickened and frothy.
  • Add milk to a glass filled with ice then pour over the sweetened espresso. Optional: add a dash of cinnamon.
  • Stir to combine and enjoy!

Notes

  • Whole Milk Substitution: You can use 2% milk, oat milk, or a barista blend almond milk. As long as it has a relatively creamy consistency.
