This sweet and nutty Maple Tahini Latte is dairy-free and comes together in just 10 minutes. It's super simple and sure to warm you up on a chilly day.
¾cup(180ml)barista blend almond milkwe use Califia
1tbsptahini
1 ½tbsppure maple syrup
½tspground cinnamonplus more for garnish
1pinchflaky sea salt
Sesame seedsfor garnish

Instructions
Add the espresso to a mug and set aside.
Pour the almond milk into a small saucepan and place over medium heat. Heat until steamy and simmering.
Turn off the heat and add the tahini, maple syrup, cinnamon, and good pinch of flaky sea salt.
Use a handheld milk frother to mix and froth the milk.
Pour the milk over the espresso and top with cinnamon and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Notes
Almond Milk: Barista blend almond milk is thicker and froths much better than regular almond milk. Plus, it doesn't have that burnt taste that regular almond milk has when heated.
Feel free to use any other kind of milk. Though, we recommend sticking with a barista blend if you're using nut or oat milk.
