This hydrating Salted Watermelon Juice is sure to keep your thirst quenched during the hot summer months. It's made with only 3 ingredients and makes a great accompaniment to grilled dishes and more!
2lbs(907g)cubed seedless watermelonabout half an 8 pound watermelon
2tbspfresh lime juice
½tspflaky sea salt
Mint leavesoptional, for garnish

Instructions
Add the watermelon, lime juice, and salt to a large blender and blend for a few seconds until smooth.
Strain into a pitcher using a fine mesh sieve, stirring the juice around with a spoon. Be careful not to push out the pulp/foam. You can also use a nut milk bag if you don't want any traces of foam at all.
Serve immediately over ice or at room temperature and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
This recipe makes about 3 cups or around 700 ml of strained juice.
The juice will start to separate and lose its flavor after a while, so it's best served fresh.
