This refreshing Strawberry Ginger Smoothie is the perfect early morning breakfast. It's full of frozen strawberries, spicy ginger, and a splash of creamy coconut milk.
Add everything to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Notes
Manuka Honey: If you're using regular honey, you may want to start with ½ or 1 tsp and make adjustments from there. Manuka honey is slightly bitter compared to regular honey which is why we used 1 tbsp.
You can use ½ tsp of vanilla extract in place of the vanilla bean paste.
