The Marigold Cocktail (Non-Alcoholic)

This sweet and creamy Non-Alcoholic Marigold Cocktail is made with a blend of freshly squeezed orange juice, orgeat, and a dash of orange blossom water. It's wonderfully fragrant and made with no zero-proof spirits.

Ingredients
 

  • 5 oz (150 ml) freshly squeezed orange juice *
  • ¾ oz (22 ml) heavy cream
  • ½ oz (15 ml) orgeat
  • ¼ tsp vanilla bean paste
  • ¼ tsp orange blossom water
  • 2 dashes ground cinnamon
  • tsp ground turmeric for color, optional
  • Orange peel for garnish

Instructions

  • Add everything (except the orange peel) to a large cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until chilled.
  • Strain the drink into a highball glass filled with crushed or pebble ice. Add a straw and garnish with an orange peel if desired.

Notes

  • We use freshly squeezed and bottled orange juice (not concentrate) that the grocery store makes themselves. Though you can juice your own oranges if you'd like.
