This sweet and creamy Non-Alcoholic Marigold Cocktail is made with a blend of freshly squeezed orange juice, orgeat, and a dash of orange blossom water. It’s wonderfully fragrant and made with no zero-proof spirits.

    Non-Alcoholic Marigold Cocktail.

This Marigold Cocktail was inspired by the “Glitter and Marigold”, a non-alcoholic cocktail here at the Roosevelt Room in Austin. We loved it so much that we recreated the drink so you can easily make it at home.

If you’ve ever had an Orange Julius before, this is very similar but with a floral twist from the orange blossom water. It’s bright and fruity flavor makes it the perfect brunch cocktail for enjoying on a relaxing weekend!

    Ingredient Notes & Substitutions

Find the full list of ingredients, measurements, and instructions in the recipe card below!

    • Fresh Orange Juice: We use freshly squeezed orange juice from the store (not concentrate), but you can juice your own oranges if you like.
    • Orange Blossom Water: This gives the drink a delicate, floral orange flavor.
    • Orgeat: This adds another layer of flavor and sweetness.
    • Heavy Cream: You can try it with coconut milk if you want to make it dairy-free.
    • Vanilla Bean Paste: We prefer the flavor of vanilla paste but you can use extract.
    • Ground Cinnamon: Don’t skip it! It adds depth to the cocktail and you can never go wrong with a bit of cinnamon.
    • Ground Turmeric: This is just for color, so you can omit it if you want. The drink will be noticeably paler though.
