This Non-Alcoholic Rose Garden Cocktail is made with rose syrup, elderflower tonic water, and zero-proof pink gin. It’s sweet, floral, and perfect for spring!

    Non-Alcoholic Rose Garden Cocktail.

This rose tinted drink is inspired by Chatelaine’s Rose Garden Cocktail. We loved its pretty pink hue and the idea behind the drink, so we set out to create our own version.

We already had Lyres’ pink gin alternative and rose syrup, so combining the two was a match made in heaven. The elderflower tonic water lends a slight bittersweet flavor and adds to the “garden” aspect of this drink while freshly squeezed lemon juice balances out the sweetness and brightens up the overall flavor.

It’s the perfect cocktail for Mother’s Day, seasonal get-togethers, and Valentine’s Day. For more recipes using zero-proof pink gin, try our Non-Alcoholic Floradora Cocktail.

    Ingredient Notes

Ingredient quantities are listed in the recipe card below. Here you’ll find notes on why we chose certain ingredients as well as any substitutions.

    • Lyre’s Pink London Spirit: This is a pink gin alternative with notes of berries and a touch of rose.
    • Rose Syrup: We use Monin rose syrup.
    • Lemon Juice: Use freshly squeezed juice for better flavor.
    • Elderflower Tonic Water: Chill it in the fridge for at least 1 hour before using it.

    Expert Tip

Use chilled liquids. Especially bubbly ones like the tonic water. The cold creates a crisper drink and retains those fizzy carbon dioxide bubbles.

    FAQ

Where can I find Lyre’s Pink London Spirit?

You can find it directly on their website.

Can I use homemade rose syrup?

Yes, as long as it has a robust rose flavor, it should be fine. Just keep in mind that the color of this drink relies on lot on the color of the rose syrup.
