This Non-Alcoholic Spring Fever Cocktail is made with sweet strawberries, non-alcoholic spirits, and a splash of rose syrup. It’s topped off with a bit of bubbles, making it a wonderfully refreshing drink to sip on when it’s hot out.

This effervescent Spring Fever Cocktail is a great outdoor dining drink. Whether you’re having a dinner party or just want to sip on something to cool you off during the hotter months, this bubbly refreshment is perfect.
It’s made with ruby red strawberries, an amaro-like alternative, and a non-alcoholic pink gin. The rose syrup gives it a light floral element and the lemon juice adds a bit of zing and brightness to the cocktail. And of course, you can’t go wrong with a bit of club soda to top it all off.
