    Non-Alcoholic Spring Fever Cocktail.

This effervescent Spring Fever Cocktail is a great outdoor dining drink. Whether you’re having a dinner party or just want to sip on something to cool you off during the hotter months, this bubbly refreshment is perfect.

It’s made with ruby red strawberries, an amaro-like alternative, and a non-alcoholic pink gin. The rose syrup gives it a light floral element and the lemon juice adds a bit of zing and brightness to the cocktail. And of course, you can’t go wrong with a bit of club soda to top it all off.

    • Lyre’s Pink London Spirit: A non-alcoholic pink gin that has a hint of berry flavor.
    • Pathfinder Spirit: This bitter low-ABV spirit has a distinct woodsy flavor which gives the cocktail more complexity.
    • Rose Syrup: We use Monin rose syrup which adds a pretty pink hue to the drink as well as a touch of rose flavor.
